Thank you for supporting the Portland Art Museum. Every purchase made through the Museum Store goes towards supporting the Portland Art Museum and its programs.
We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States. We ship via UPS with tracking and charge standard ground rates.
Orders over $200 qualify for FREE shipping.
If you're in the Portland metro area, we offer curbside pickup Thursday-Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm. Once you place your online order, please wait until you receive a secondary email that your order is ready for pick up. When you are on the curb, give us a call at 503-276-4204, and we will bring your order out to you.
At this time we will be accepting returns of items that are within 30 days of the purchase date.
We cannot return
- items that are marked final sale
- items that have been used or worn
- face masks
We offer returns either in-person or via mail.
In-person returns can only be accepted when our shop is open.
