Lisbon Lemon & Champagne Jam

Reminiscent of lemon butter or a vegan lemon curd, this lemon jam is uniquely elegant and zesty. Whole lemons are gently softened with a slow simmer and then whipped with champagne until deliciously smooth and creamy.
